John William Huseman, 24, of Hoover, AL died unexpectedly on May 11, 2017. He was born on Nov. 24, 1992 in Birmingham, and was a lifelong resident of Hoover. He graduated at Spain Park High School in 2011, where he enjoyed being a member of the wrestling team. He attended the University of Alabama before heading on to work as a full-time chef at the Cheesecake Factory.
He is survived by his siblings, Megan (and Paul), Rachel (and Chase), Matt, and Tiffany; his parents, Maureen, and Jeff; his maternal grandparents, Barbara and Bill Ranieri; his nieces, Sophia and Audrey; his nephews, Aaden and Jaxon; his close friends, Martin, Ryan, Robbie, Charlie, Andrew, and especially Tori, among others; and his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and his beloved dog, Diego.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lois and John Bernard Huseman.
The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM, Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at Christ the King Lutheran Church, located at 611 Riverchase Parkway West, in Hoover . Service will follow at 11 in the church. His Burial will be at the Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home at 2701 John Hawkins Parkway, at 1:30 pm.
