Jimmie Wiggins, Sr

of Bluff Park, passed away on February 9, 2006 at the age of 82. He was a WWII veteran and was retired from U.S. Steel and America's First Credit Union. Mr. Wiggins was a member and elder at Shades Mountain Independent Church. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Betty Wiggins; two sons, Jimmie Wiggins (Renee) and Billy Wiggins (Thea); two grandsons, one granddaugher, and one great grandson. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 11, 2006 from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150, Hoover. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Harry Walls and Drew Ramsey officating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
