Jimmie Harrison, Jr

of Helena, passed away on Tuesday, July 17, 2007, at the age of 71. He was a veteran of the U.S.Air Force, Air Force Reserve and Army Reserve. He was a loving husband, loving, kind and generous to all and was an active member of Helena First Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Barbara King Harrison of Helena, two sons, John Lesley Harrison of Donalds, SC and Marshall Eugene Harrison of Ladson, SC; a daughter, Debra Lee Harrison of Anderson, SC; a step-son, Joseph Leonard Booth of Helena; a step-daughter, Renee Booth Monroe of Crystal Lake, IL; seven step-grandchildren; two half-brothers; three half-sisters; and a host of family and friends. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 19, 2007, from 6-8 PM at Currrie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150, Hoover. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 20, 2007, at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Dr. J. D. Davis officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
