age 85, of Homewood, formerly of Kansas, AL, passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2006. She is survived by 2 daughters, Ms. Harriett Whitfield and Mrs. Margaret Blackman; 1 son-in-law, Joseph Blackman, Jr.; 4 grandsons; and 3 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 10:00 - 11:00, Friday, November 10, 2006, at the Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home in Hoover. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:30 at Highland Memorial Gardens, Dr. Ronald Gannett officiating. Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home directing.
