Jeffrey Fuhrman

of McCalla, passed away Friday, November 17, 2006, at the age of 63. He served his country during the Vietnam War as a Sgt in the United States Marine Corp in the Recon Unit. He worked in construction most of his life, but also worked as an actor and made appearances in movies, TV and theatre. Mr. Fuhrman is survived by a son, James McCormick; his mother, Ellen Fuhrman; and a sister, Cheryle (Jimmy) Ray, all of McCalla; 2 uncles, Donald Payne and Jerry (Janetta) Payne; a niece, Jamie (James) Woodruff; and a nephew, Jacob (Shelly) Ray. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 19, 2006, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy. 150, Hoover. A Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Morgan Bailey officiating. Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home directing.
