Jeanelle Palmer

72, of Alabaster, entered her heavenly reward on Sunday, December 9, 2007. She was a loving minister's wife, mother, "Mimi," and teacher, and she impacted the lives of many children with the gospel of Jesus Christ. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Donald Palmer; a daughter, Melonie Palmer; 2 sons, Robbie Palmer (Lewanne) and Chris Palmer; 5 grandchildren, Nathan, Rachel, Joshua, Micah, and Elijah; 2 sisters, Betty Helton (Joe) and Jeanette Burland (John); and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 11, 2007, from 6-8 p.m. at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home on Hwy 150 in Hoover. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 12, 2007 in the funeral home chapel, Rev. Johnye Horton officiating. Interment will follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
