October 12, 1945 — March 2, 2016

Jane Slyhoff Mitchell passed away on March 2, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband David G. Mitchell and by her brother Warren Harry Slyhoff. She was a member of Mountain Chapel United Methodist Church, where a memorial service for family only will be held on March 12, 2016, at 2 pm, with inurnment in the church's columbarium on its completion later this year.
