age 43, of Hoover Alabama, passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2012. He was predeceased by his grandmother, Dorothy Griffin, uncle, James Blackwood, father, James Daniel Smith Jr., and grandfather, James Daniel Smith Sr., He is survived by mother, Patricia Trimm and stepfather, James Trimm, brother, John Smith and wife Stephanie, nephews, Robert and Hunter Smith, step brothers, Mike, Phillip and Don Trimm and families, grandmother Smith of Phoenix City, AL, several neices, aunts and uncles. Graveside services will be Friday, September 21, 2012 at 2 pm at Cedar Hill Cemetery Bessemer. Brother John Thacker officiating.
