James Freeman

FREEMAN, JAMES ELVIS, of Birmingham, passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2009, at the age of 94. He was a member of Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church. He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Hilda Boger Freeman; his parents, Charlie and Maggie Freeman. He is survived by son, James Elvis Freeman, Jr.; daughter, Joan Freeman Crossett (George Donald); four grandchildren, Timothy David Freeman, Tina Lynn Freeman, Karen Crossett Braddock, and Tracy Crossett Montgolf (David); and seven great grandchildren. A graveside service will take place Tuesday, May 19, 2009, at 2:00 PM, at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South on Hwy 150 in Hoover, Rev. Breck T. Ladd officiating.
