age 67, of the Vance-McCalla area, passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2007, to go and be with his loving God. Jack was born on April 5, 1939 in Bonner Spring, Kansas, He grew up in Kansas and graduated from Bonner Spring High School in 1958. He moved to Alabama in 1962 and worked for Griffin Wheel Co. for 37 years. Jack was a member of Hepzilah Baptist Church in McCalla, AL. His passion was football, fishing, talking and meeting many wonderful people and making them his friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank E. Cline and mother, Phyllis M. Cline. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Martha Jane Cline; a son, Jackie W. Cline (Vicki); a daughter, Glenda S. Crumpton; four stepchildren, Jimmy Dean (Connie), Jeff Dean, Greg Dean, Renee Stewart (Steve); seven grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and two brothers, Robert and Philip Cline of Kansas. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 18, 2007, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hoover, AL. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 19, 2007, at 3:00 PM in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Tim Tindle and Ron Sweat officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South. Anyone wishing to, may make donations in Jack's name to Hepzilah Baptist Church or the Leukemia Society.
