Hugh Tilson, Sr

Mr. Hugh L. Tilson, Sr., of Oxford, AL, passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2014, at the age of 86. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Oxford.
He is preceded in death by his son, Steve D. Tilson.
He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Martha Tilson, two sons, Hugh L. Tilson, Jr. (Andrea) and David L. Tilson, daughter, Linda T. Ramsden (Keith), daughter-in-law, Una W. Tilson, seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a brother, William F. Tilson of Memphis, TN.
The family will receive friends Friday, November 21, 2014, from 12-1 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 1 PM in the chapel with Dr. Buddy Gray officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to your favorite charity.
