Henry Campbell

of Bessemer, passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2008, at the age of 59. Henry was a friend to everyone. He served our country in Vietnam, and he enjoyed drag racing. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles William Henry Campbell, and his sister, Lois Campbell. He is survived by his mother, Louise Campbell of Bessemer; 3 sisters, Mary Dodd, Clara McKinney (David), and Carolyn Campbell (Darrell); 3 brothers, James Campbell, Alvin Campbell, and Wayne Campbell (Michelle); many nieces and nephews; and his best friends, Larry (Joyce), Bubba, Mike, and Herb Hocutt. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 15, 2008, from 12:30-2:00 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Highway 150, Hoover. A chapel service will follow at 2 PM, with Bros. Scott Bush and Carl Benedict officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Heart Association.
