Helen Muller

MULLER, HELEN of Hoover, passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2006. After graduating from college, she married Carl Arnold Muller on April 13, 1940. During WWII, she taught at a girl's school in Philadelphia, PA, and after WWII, she returned to Alabama, where she was a substitute teacher, an administrative assistant and a homemaker. She is survived by her spouse of 66 years, Carl Arnold Muller; 2 sons, Carl F. Muller (Rebecca) of Brewton, and Martin Muller (Anita) of Hoover; a daughter, Mary Thompson of Brewton; 5 grandchildren, Celeste Morris (Brent), Carla Hill (Joe), Ruth Scott (Frank), Kelly Jernigan (Robbie) and Abby Muller; and 7 great grandchildren. A memorial service for Mrs. Muller will be on Saturday, October 21, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home.
