Harold Bishop

, of Alabaster, passed away on Monday, November 17, 2008 at the age of 83. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette Bishop and his son Larry Bishop. He is survived by a sister, Claudia Sorrell; a son, Gary Bishop (Linda); two grandsons, Mathew and Mark Bishop; five granddaughters, Sarah Grady (Patrick), Allison Beaver, Jennifer Bishop, Leah Bishop, Crystal Lanzi; three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 from 5-7 pm at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Highway 150, Hoover. Funeral service will be held Thursday, November 20, 2008 at 1 pm in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
