H. Terry

of Vestavia Hills, passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2008, at the age of 87. He was a graduate of Arlington High School, KY, and a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology in 1951. He proudly served the United States during WWII as a T/Sgt in the Army Air Corps 16th. H.B. retired from U.S. Steel after 31 years service and was an avid golfer until his 85th year. He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Ezramae (Maye J.) Terry. He is survived by his 6 children, Pamela, George, Michael, Debra, Sabrina and Felicia; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, G.H. and John; and 4 sisters, Mary Beth, Ethel Mavis, Huellen and Nancy. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 21, 2008, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy. 150, Hoover. There will also be a visitation on Friday, February 22, 2008, from 5 to 7 p.m.at Milner-Orr Funeral Home in Bardwell, KY. Funeral services will be on Saturday, February 23, 2008, at 10 a.m. at Mississippi Baptist Church, Bardwell, KY with Johnny Wayne Terry officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery.
