Guyles Perry

Mr. Guyles Collier Perry, of Odenville, passed away Sunday, February 13, 2011, at the age of 74. He served our country in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Perry retired from the City of Birmingham. He was the best beloved husband, father, and friend. He will be dearly missed. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Barbara Clements Perry; five children, Frances Jo Donohue (Kevin), Guyles Clements Perry (Barbara), Barbara Ellen Pitts (Larry), Robert Allen Perry, and James Jackson Perry (Lisa); ten grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and many relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 10-12, Thursday, February 17, 2011, at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150 in Hoover. Funeral service will follow at 12:00 in the funeral home chapel, Rev. T.A. Duke officiating. Interment will be in the Mars Hill Cemetery.
