Glenda Dumas

Glenda Jean Crow Dumas, 81, joined her Lord and her love in Heaven on Monday, August 23, 2021.  She and Jere enjoyed 45 years of marriage, while being actively involved at Shades Crest Baptist and Green Valley Baptist.  Recently she has been serving at Shades Mountain Baptist with her family.   She loved and spoiled her children, Christi(Ken) and Celeste(Billy), and truly adored her grandchildren, Amanda(Hayden), Jeffrey(Kendyl), Shane and Lindsey.  Glenda is survived by her sister, Mary Sue Thornburgh.  She loved Alabama Football, shopping, spending time with her friends and relaxing at the Lake. She lived a very full life and will truly be missed.

A Graveside service will be held at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South, on Thursday, August 26th at 10:00am.  In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Big Oak Ranch.
