Ginny Spruce

Ms. Ginny Spruce, of Hoover, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2013 at the age of 55. She graduated from Auburn University with a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation and was self-employed as a licensed Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist. Ginny was a member of the Oakmont Presbyterian Church where she sang in the choir and participated in many other activities. She was preceded in death by her mother, Anne Trinkle Spruce. She is survived by her father, Peachy Spruce, Jr; a sister, Martha Spruce Lamon (Robert); 2 nephews, R. Brent Lamon (Kacey) and Cooper Lamon (Meagan); great nieces, Hadley Anne and Harper Grace Lamon; and 2 uncles, Elbert N. and William A. Trinkle (Jane). The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 25, 2013 from 12-1:00 PM at Oakmont Presbyterian Church. A Memorial Service will follow at 1:00 PM at the church with Rev. Richard Brooks officiating. Entombment will be in Everlasting Life Mausoleum in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
