Fuller, Fred Endsley, age 84, of Pelham, AL, passed away October 11, 2012. Born and raised in Cullman, AL, he graduated from Cullman High School in 1946.He attended Auburn University, where he finished in Mechanical Engineering in1950. In 1951, He entered the US Army, serving for two years, one year in the Korean Conflict. As a mechanical engineer he enjoyed a long career. He operated Fuller Engineering Associates in Homewood, AL for many years. An Eagle Scout, he served as a leader with Boy Scout Troop 93 in Hoover, AL. He was very involved with the Fellowship class at Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church. He is preceded death by his wife, Frances Richardson Fuller. He is survived by a son, Michael W Fuller, of Pelham, AL, a daughter, Mrs. Frank McCoy (Laurie) of Havelock, NC; two grandsons, Chase and Christian McCoy; a granddaughter, Alexis McCoy, of Phoenix, AZ; and a brother, Asa B. Fuller of Knoxville, TN. The family would like to especially thank Mrs. Eleanor Heyward for her years of friendship and assistance, and Ms. Sarah Parker, of Moody, AL for her very able assistance during this last year of illness. The family will receive friends Monday, October 15, 2012, from 10-11 AM at Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church Chapel with services following at 11 AM with Reverend Bill Bostick officiating. Graveside service will be at 2 PM at Cullman City Cemetery.
