Francis Grantham

of Hoover, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2013, at the age of 80. He was retired from Bellsouth after 30 years of service. He is preceded in death by his father, Connie Francis Grantham, his mother, Bertha Lee Hemphill, and a brother, Telford Neely. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Evelyn Daniel Grantham; his son, Mike W. Grantham of Hoover; 2 daughters, Patricia G. Rawlins of Snellville, GA and Melinda G. Culberson (Scott) of Hoover; 3 grandchildren, Natalie, Emily, and Michael Culberson all of Hoover; sister-in-law, Helen Neely; nieces, Jennifer, Teresa and Rachael; of Tupelo, MS; nephew, Lee Wayne Neely; and brother-in-law, Bobby Daniel (Mary) of Jackson, MS. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 from 10-11 AM at St. Mark United Methodist Church in Vestavia. Funeral service will follow at 11 AM at the church with Rev. David Wallace officiating.
