Frances Hoggle

Frances Hoggle passed away June 15, 2020 at the age of 82. She was born in Washington D.C. on October 26, 1937. She married Stanley Hoggle in 1957 and subsequently moved to Birmingham in 1958 residing in Hoover, AL. Frances attended Shades Crest Baptist Church and greatly enjoyed services and in particular her Sunday School Class. Francis loved to travel and accomplished trips to Europe, Australia as well as numerous trips across the U.S.A. Her real love, however, was for her children, grandchildren and great grandson.
Frances is survived by her brother, Howard Jenkins, her son, Jeff Hoggle and daughter Lee Anne Jackson. She was a grandmother of four: Lani Hoggle Keegan, Carlee Hoggle, Cory Jackson III and Will Jackson. She was the proud great grandmother of Liam James Hoggle. She is preceded in death by her husband Stan and son James Hoggle.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 20, 2020, from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. at  Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 10:00 A.M. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shades Crest Baptist Church.
