Fae Watkins

Fae Ann Wright Watkins, 88, passed peacefully into Jesus' presence on June 20, 2022. She was married to her high school sweetheart, Dick Watkins for 62 years. She is survived by her Daughters, Vickie Huckeba (Paul), Melanie Freeman (Myron), Leslie Bolin, and Stephanie Clowers (Keith); Grandchildren, Ashley Abernathy (Doug), Addison Clowers (Lauren), Austin Huckeba (Quinn), Andrew Bolin (Amia), Mason Freeman (Beth), Katy Schram (Jeremy), Morgan Freeman (Abbey), and Hayden Clowers (Amanda); Great Grandchildren, Arlin Abernathy, Micah Freeman, Watkins Bolin, Scarlett Clowers, Matthew Freeman, Holly Clowers, Gary Abernathy, Virginia Abernathy, and Eleanor Huckeba; Brother, Buddy Wright.

Fae was preceded in death by her Husband Richard "Dick" Watkins, sister, Sayra Frances Patterson, and Son-In-Law, Richard Bolin.

Family will accept friends and loved ones from 10:00-11:00 A.M. on Friday, June 24, 2022, with Funeral Services to follow at 11:00 A.M. at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home. There will be a private family graveside to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests requests donations to be made to Hunter Street Baptist Church Missions at 2600 John Hawkins Parkway, Hoover, AL 35244.
