Evelyn Mosley

,of Homewood, passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2008 at the age of 86. She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Earnest Mosley. She is survived by her son, Howard E. “Bud” Mosley of Homewood; her daughter, Margaret Mosley Raines of Birmingham; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; her sister, Peggy Blackstock of Homewood; and her brother, H.E. “Shorty” Blackstock, Sr. of Hoover. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 5, 2008 from 1-2 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Highway 150, Hoover. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
