Ethel Sutley

of Pelham, passed away at her residence on Monday, March 20, 2006, at the age of 86. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Helena. Mrs. Sutley was preceded in death by her husband, William B. Sutley and a brother, Edgar Skinner. She is survived by a brother, John L. Skinner of Montgomery; three nieces, Martha Joe Sharpe of Lakeview, Haskey Allison of Blount County, Marion Almon of Tuscaloosa; a nephew, John Henry Walker of Long Beach, CA; six great nieces, Haskey Bryant, Laura Norris, Jenny Cummings, Joellen and Julie Brannon and Julie Jemison; three great nephews, Braxton Craghill, Buck Walker and Robert Almon, Jr.; and special friend, Rascal. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 23, 2006, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Helena. Funeral services will follow at the church at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. J. D. Davis officiating. Pallbearers include Dwight Bryant, Brad Norris, Blake Cummings, Ashley Hendrix, Tim Belue and Rob Dreher. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South. Hwy 150, Hoover. Her family would like to give thanks to her special care-givers, special neighbors and her dear friends for their continued prayers and support.
