Emily H. Taylor, of Hoover, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, October 6, 2016, at the age of 78.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, George H. Taylor; her son, Geoff Taylor (Christina); her daughter, Jennifer Taylor; 5 grandchildren, Drew, Micah, Noah, Aegwyn, and Graeme; sister, Sharon Beabout; and her brother, Carlton Henry (Elizabeth).

The family will receive friends from 10-11, Wednesday, October 12, 2016, at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home Hwy 150 in Hoover. Funeral will follow at 11 AM, Dr. Greg Corbin officiating.
