Elizabeth R. Janchus, of Alabaster, passed away Sunday, May 7, 2017, at the age of 90.

She is survived by 3 children, Barbara Fitzsimmons (Michael), Joanne Janchus, and Stephen Janchus (Barbara); 5 grandchildren, Sandra Fitzsimmons, David Fitzsimmons (Lisa), Mark Fitzsimmons (Stephanie), Nathaniel Janchus (Emily), and Ryan Janchus; and 5 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 9-10, Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Hoover. Funeral Mass will follow at 10 AM, Father Kelly officiating. Entombment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Alzheimer's Society of Birmingham.
