Edna Sellers

of Hoover, passed on Monday, December 17, 2007, at the age of 101. She was a member of Bluff Park Baptist Church for over 50 years. Mrs. Sellers was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, W. Gewin Sellers, and a great grandson, Jacob. She is survived by two sons, Douglas R. Sellers (Betty) of Pell City and Leland M. Sellers (Bobbie) of Georgia; a daughter, Rosemary Eaton (John) of Hoover; six grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 19, 2007, from 6-8 PM at Currie Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150, Hoover. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2007, at 10 AM, with Dr. Dennis Foust officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Bluff Park Baptist Church.
