E. Ambrose

of Hoover, passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2007, at the age of 52. She loved animals, birds, gardening, poetry, the Alabama Symphony, and theatre, and she and her husband loved to travel. She was preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, Roger Speidel. She is survived by two brothers, Alex LeVorse (Debbie) of Atlanta and Cary LeVorse; a sister, Dona Maynard (Robert) of Atlanta; a nephew, Colin Speidel; and three nieces, Maddie, Alyssa, and Julianna LeVorse. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 22, 2007, from 12:30 until 2:30 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150, Hoover. Funeral services will follow in the funeral home chapel at 2:30 PM, with Father Karl Dugan officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bessemer Cut-Off Advocacy Center, the American Cancer Society, or the Humane Society. Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home directing.
