Dr. E. Moore

of Hoover, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2007, at the age of 90. He was born May 28, 1916 to Edward W. and Daisy Henderschott Moore of Peek, OK. He served as a Southern Baptist pastor in Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois and was for 22 years Executive Director of Baptists in Indiana. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Margaret Elizabeth (Betsy) Ross Moore; a son, Dr. Tom Ed Moore (Elizabeth); two granddaughters, Catherine Elizabeth and Sara Margaret; 1 great grandson, Christopher Thomas; three brothers and four sisters. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 3, 2007, from 5 until 7 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hoover, AL. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 4, 2007, at 3 PM in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Ron Grizzle officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
