Mrs. Dorothy Smith Powell, 99, a sinner saved by God's marvelous grace, has been at home with the Lord Jesus Christ since July 30, 2013. A memorial celebration will be at 11 AM, Wednesday, August 14, 2013, at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home in Hoover. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lake Crest Presbyterian Church, 560 Lake Crest Dr. Hoover, AL 35226, 205 982-2807.
