Doris Goggins

of Vestavia, passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2006, at the age of 72. She was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church. Mrs. Goggins is survived by her husband of 54 years, Ben Douglas Goggins; a son, Steven Goggins; a daughter, Debra Goggins Catlin; two grandchildren, Ben and Brian Catlin; two brothers, Doyle and Bill Cummings; a sister, Jo Butler; several nieces, nephews, and other loving family members. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 27, 2006, from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel, with Dr. Mike McLemore officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South. Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home directing.
