Donald “Lynn” Beane was born on March 8, 1971, in Washington DC to the loving parents of James Ransom and Rita Faye Smith Beane. He grew up in the 7th district of St. Mary’s County Bushwood, Maryland. He attended Holy Angels Sacred Heart Catholic School until the 10th grade. He then transferred to Chopticon High School, graduating in 1989. He attended College at Livingston University in Livingston Alabama, where he received a BS in Environmental Science. He also joined the TKE fraternity (Scroll # 519), where he created lifelong friendships with his brothers. He met the love of his life, Mary Ellen Tucker, in the Fall of 2004 at a UWA Homecoming party. They were married May 26, 2007. Lynn was the Vice President Technical at Montrose an Environmental Air Testing Company. He put his heart and soul into his work, helping to make the Environment better. Lynn enjoyed traveling, sports, gardening, hiking, golfing, and attending musical events. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife of over 15 years, Mary Ellen Tucker Beane. Together they have three beautiful fur children, Ziggy, Addie, and Luna.
The Beane Family will receive friends and family from 12:00-1:00PM on Wedneday, November 9, 2022 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church with a Funeral Mass to follow at 1:00PM. Mr. Beane will be buried at St. Mark's Cemetery on Thursday, November 10, 2022.
