Don Decker

Don Decker passed away on January 21, 2015. He was born to Donald Sr. and Mary Decker on July 19, 1956 in Tuscaloosa, AL. He was a graduate of Fairfield High School and served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He was employed with Birmingham Water Works since 1990. Don came to know Jesus Christ as a young man under the ministry of Bro Johnny Garlington in Forest Hills and was currently serving on the Board at Evangel Assembly of God. Throughout his life, Don was a positive influence on everyone he met. He was dedicated to his wife, of 31 years, and a loving father to his daughter and son. He leaves a loving family and innumerable friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on February 7, 2015 at Evangel Assembly of God in Mt. Olive Alabama. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service which will begin at 3:00 PM.
