Dolores Fuqua

Mrs. Dolores Fuqua passed away in peace on Thursday, October 20, 2011, at age 85. She was a resident of Hoover, and a longtime, active parishioner of Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Her Commitment to the community was vitally important to her, and was evidenced through her volunteer work over the years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, John H. Fuqua. She is survived by 8 children; Kathy Kebler (Frank), Maureen Roy, Kevin Fuqua (Francine), Mary Riddle (Bill), Joe Fuqua (Sandy), Jerry Fuqua, Chris Fuqua, and Jimmy Fuqua; 11 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. Arrangements to say goodbye to our beloved Mother have been made at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Monday, October 24, 2011. Visitation will be from 11- 12, and the funeral Mass will be at 12:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association
