Deryl Underbakke

of Hoover, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2007, at the age of 77. He was a member of Bluff Park United Methodist Church and was a Korean War Veteran. Mr. Underbakke was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane Underbakke. He is survived by two sons, Clark Underbakke of Pelham and John Underbakke (Marcia) of Stafford, VA; three grandchildren, Jacob, Caleb and Lucas Underbakke of Stafford, VA; a brother, Dennis Underbakke of Forest City, IA; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 11, 2006, from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, with funeral services to follow at 6:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.
