Debborah Epler

Debborah Leigh Donaldson Epler, 66, of Moody, Alabama passed away June 14, 2023. Debbie was born June 22, 1956 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Debbie graduated from Shades Valley High School in 1975 and received her BSN degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1987. Debbie also received her license in Nursing Home Administration in 2000 in the state of Georgia and 2002 in the state of Alabama.

Debbie is survived by her mother, Betty Donaldson; brother, Bruce (Kellie) Donaldson; son, Shane Cantrell; and her two daughters, Kimberly Long and Jennifer (William) Luke; and her grandchildren; Robbie Long, Harleigh Long, Zac Long and Ava Luke. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert "Bob" Donaldson and her aunt, Linda Roy.

Debbie dedicated her career to helping others in health care and rehabilitation services and spent her time with her family and animals who will all miss her loving, caring, and humorous personality.

Thank you, Mom, for your dedication to your children and family and all the love you've shown us and for all the lessons you've taught us. We love you! We miss you! We will carry you with us always!

Graveside service will be held at 10 AM on June 20, 2023, at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home and Jefferson Memorial Services located at 2701 John Hawkins Parkway, Hoover, AL 35244
