Debbie Carver

of Hoover, went to be with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at the age of 41. She was born in Starkville, MS, graduated from Starkville High School and Bauder College. She was a member of Hunter Street Baptist Church, an active volunteer at Rocky Ridge Elementary school and Hoover East Ball Park. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister who dearly loved her family. Debbie always greeted you with a loving smile and an outgoing personality. She is survived by her husband of 15 years, Scott; 2 sons, Jake and Hudson; her mother Marty Underwood (Gary); her father, John Harper (Shirley); a sister, Mary Lee McDaniel (Blake); 8 step brothers and sisters; her in-laws, Wayne and Barbara Carver; sister in-law, Jennifer Boyette (Jason); and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 19, 2012 from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at Hunter Street Baptist Church. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM at the church with Rev. Chris Sullivan and Neil Schooley officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Rocky Ridge Elementary School PTO - Santa's Workshop Fund for children in need, which was a passion of Debbie's.
