David M. Fleming

David M. Fleming, of Vestavia Hills, Alabama, passed away on December 8, 2019, at the age of 42.  He was a graduate of the University of Alabama and the University Of Alabama School Of Law.  David was an attorney and partner with Huie, Fernambucq and Stewart, LLP.  He was also a member of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Cahaba Heights.

David is survived by 2 sons, Andrew David Fleming and Hudson Tate Fleming; his father, Michael David Fleming; and his uncle, Gary H. Tate.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Joan Tate Fleming; and his grandparents, Olen and Agnes Tate and Dave and Ophelia Fleming.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 20, 2019, from 1 to 2 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home in Hoover.  Funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. John Burruss officiating.  Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
