Cynthia Lewis

of Hoover, passed away on October 20, 2005, at the age of 36. Cynthia was a graduate of Berry High School and was employed by the the City of Hoover School System. She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Folmar. Ms. Lewis is survived by a daughter, Savannah McKenzie Lewis; her parents, Billy and Skip Fields of Hoover; a sister, Tonya Herring of Helena; her grandmother, Sallie Creel; a niece, Brittany Herring; nephews, Michael and Max Herring; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 23, 2005, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy. 150, Hoover. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, October 24, 2005, at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Buddy Gray officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to her daughter Savannah Lewis' Trust Fund in c/o Union State Bank. Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home directing.
