Clinton Jones

of Bessemer, passed away on Saturday, June 9, 2007, at the age of 72. He was retired from US Steel after 30 years service. Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his wife of 34 years, Joyce Jones. He is survived by his children, Malinda Parks (Terry), Benny Jones (Sha), Donna Watts (Ted), Darlene Gray (Robert), Clint Jones, Jr., Terry Jones and Bobby Childers; his brother, Wayne Jones (Dana); a sister, Dovie Mae; grandchildren, Terry Lynn Parks Jr., Kerri (Jon) Carrell, Zachary Jones, Zoe Jones, Sherry Lynn (Paul) Nolen, Terri Ann (Craig) Rainey, Jeremy (Brianna) Smith, Josh (Kim) Smith, Terry Jones, Jr., Blake (Crystal) Jones, Amy Jones and Jennifer (Chris) Morales; and 8 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 11, 2007, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy. 150, Hoover. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, June 12, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Steven Wallace officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
