Clifton Reed

Clifton "Cliff" Reed of Bessemer, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2016 at the age of 49. He was a loving husband, father and son who enjoyed making people laugh. Cliff was a collector extraordinaire and a hot rod enthusiast. He was a member of New Life Assembly in Woodstock and was a former employee of the Mercedes Plant. He is survived by his wife, Tracie M. Reed; a daughter, Jordan Reed Cook (Steven); his parents, Larry and Delila Reed; a brother, Clint Reed (Tracy); niece, Anastasiya Smith; and a nephew, Caleb Reed.

The family will receive friends on Monday, July 25, 2016 from 10 to 11 AM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home. Service will follow at 11 AM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Chad Payne officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the UAB Comprehensive Cancer Center.
