age 52, passed away on August 13, 2007, after a long illness. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on August 17 at Episcopal Church of the Ascension, Vestavia Hills, AL where he was a communicant with The Rev'd Stephen Hood officiating. Internment will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Murfreesboro, TN, at 2:00pm on August 18, with The Rev'd James Moore Guill, SSC officiating. A native of Murfreesboro, he was the son of the late Charles Franklin Snoddy and Bobbie Jean Parkhurst Snoddy, who survives. He is also survived by his wife of 21 years, Sally Hart Guill Snoddy, two sons, Charles Glenn Snoddy, Jr., William Hart Snoddy, a brother, Andrew Franklin Snoddy, all of Hoover and a sister, Julie Jean Broadway of Atoka, TN. Charles attended MTSU Campus School, Central High School in Murfreesboro and graduated from Franklin Co High School in Frankfort, KY. He was the owner of Full Slate Weed Control, an avid golfer, active in the Hoover community youth sports programs, Boy Scouts of America and his church. Pallbearers will be Billy Tedford, Bill Crawford, Jimmy Gist, Dwayne Fouts, Carter Broadway and Daniel Broadway. Honorary pallbearers will be Glenn Snoddy, Johnny Parkhurst, Doug Broadway and Phil Hollis.
