of Hoover, passed away on Monday, May 28, 2007, at the age of 50. He was a loving husband and father. Mr. Moore was the owner of Opelika Prosthetics and Orthotics and was formerly employed by Advanced Orthopedic and Appliance Co. of Birmingham. He was an officer in (IAAPOC) International African American Prosthetic Orthotic Coalition. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Florence Moore; two sons, Cedric and Cory Moore of Hoover; two brothers, Robert Moore and Alvin Moore (Barbara) of Forsyth, GA; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 31, 2007, from 6-8 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150, Hoover. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 1, 2007, at 11 AM at Hunter Street Baptist Church, with Dr. Buddy Gray and Rev. Chris Sullivan officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to IAAPOC, 5020 Knoll View Cir., Hoover, AL 35244.
