Carol Sprouse

Mrs. Carol Sprouse (nee Bragg), 76, of Vestavia Hills, Alabama, went home to be with the Lord at on February 23, 2024. Carol is preceded in death by her loving husband, Gordon E. Sprouse, Sr., sister Betty June Roberts, brother Robert Bragg, her mother and father. She is survived by her sister, Jacqueline Bragg Fowler, sister-in-law, Penny Bragg, as well as nieces, nephews and cousins and three stepchildren.

Carol was in the Broadcasting Industry at WVTM-TV (NBC) for over 40 years. She was a member of Shades Mountain Baptist Church, and she loved her Savior. We are grateful to God that she has been reunited with her beloved husband and is at home with the Lord in Heaven.

A grave-side service will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home & Jefferson Memorial Gardens South. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shades Mountain Baptist Church (Vestavia Hills, AL) or your local animal rescue/shelter.
