Carol Dollar

February 29, 1944 — January 18, 2017

Carol Dollar, of Birmingham, passed away January 18, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ollis Sharon and Virgie Nix Dollar.

She is survived by her children, Larry (Angela E.) Sims, Jr., R. Eric (Kimber) Daniels, and Emily (Jeremy) Lacey; Grandchildren, Cortland, Jack, Jazmine, John Daniel, Molly Kate, and Sam; Great grandchildren, Anslea and Taylor.

Carol was a loving mother who was known for her generous spirit and vivacious personality. She leaves a legacy of laughter and love.

Family will receive friends on Friday, January 20, 2017, at 12 PM at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 1 PM in the Chapel.
