ROMAGER, BILLY RAY, of Shannon, passed away Monday, February 16, 2009. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Yvonne Romager; and his daughter, Jackie. The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 PM, Wednesday, February 18, 2009. A graveside service will follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens at 2:00 PM, Jim Profetto officiating.
