Billie Norris

Billie Lane Norris, 80, of Birmingham Al passed peacefully, on Friday morning, into the arms of her Loving Savior. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and Real Estate Agent. Mrs. Norris was a faithful student of the Bible and participated in Community Bible Study for over 15 years. Mrs. Norris was also a faithful member of Hoover Church of Christ. She was the most devoted and attentive wife, mother, and grandmother that her husband, children, and grandchildren could have asked for. She is preceded in death by her husband; R.D. Norris, and two grandchildren; Ricky David Norris, III “Tripp”, and Mary Katherine Connell. She is survived by her daughter, Natalie Connell (T), and son Rick Norris (Suzanne) grandchildren; John Christopher Connell (Julie) and Meredith Norris Mosser, great-grandchildren; Charles Edward Mosser, Elizabeth Kate Connell, Caroline Chilton Connell and James Henry “Hank” Mosser.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 1-2 PM with the funeral service following at 2pm at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
