Billie Driver

BILLIE KNIGHTEN DRIVER of Alabaster, went to be with her Savior Friday, April 2, 2010, at the age of 87. She was a dedicated wife and mother, and a devout Christian. She is preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Ollie Knighten, Sr. and husband, Wayne Driver. She is survived by two sons, Ken Knighten and Ollie Knighten, Jr. (Suzy); five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; sister, Peggy Moss; and many nephews and nieces. The family will receive friends from 11:00-12:00 PM, Monday, April 5, 2010, at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150 in Hoover. The family will attend a private family interment. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Shelby County Humane Society.
