age 43, of Hoover, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, November 14, 2005, after a 5 year long battle with cancer. He was born in Chicago on April 28, 1962 and later moved to Cedar Rapids, IA, where he met his wife, Lori, when he was 15. They spent 19 years together, sharing not only a birthday, but 2 children as well. He was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church, a member of The Knight's of Columbus and was an avid hunter. Bill worked at SAK's, Inc. as Director of Alterations. He is survived by his wife, Lori Perri; a son, Cameron Perri; a daughter, Chelsea Perri; parents, Alex and Joy Perri of Cedar Rapids, IA and Ed and Barb Becker of Fayetteville, TN; a grandmother, Mary Roppel of Chicago, IL; and a sister, Gina Ferden (John) of Cedar Rapids, IA. Funeral Mass will be at Prince of Peace Catholic Church on Wednesday, November 16, 2005, at 6:00 p.m. Following Mass service the family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., with Father John Fallon and Father Henry McDaid officiating.
