Betty Chafin

Betty S. Chafin, 73, of Birmingham, AL, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2015, surrounded by her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to all who knew her. She was a member of The Church at Brook Hills.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Gary Chafin.
She is survived by two daughters, Lisa Thornburg and Michelle (Gary) Watkins, grandchildren, Shane Thornburg, Zachary Thornburg, Clint Wells, Mandy Rusch, Justin Watkins, Travis Watkins and Jacob Jamison, great grandchildren, Harper Rusch and Nova Wells and a sister, Sally Springer Wilson.
There will be a private service for family only at a later date.
